Description

Not one but THREE photographers will provide insight to their craft during this workshop to be held at beautiful Camp Victory located on the Zumbro River near Zumbro Falls, MN. Larry Ricker will lead things off with discussion of basic composition skills and Landscape Photography. Gordon Dietzman is up next to present his techniques for Wildlife and Macro Photography. That will be followed by the ins and outs of Exposure and Camera Technique by David Morlock. All three will wrap things up with an exploration of the digital darkroom -- using your computer to add the finishing touches to you photos.

In between the classroom sessions, there will be plenty of time to explore and photograph the 200 acre tract that is Camp Victory. All 3 photographers will be available to provide hand's on assistance. There's even the possiblity to rent a canoe and paddle the Zumbro River down to Zumbro Falls. Shooting sessions are scheduled in the mornings and afternoons to allow capture of the best lighting of the day.

Price

Price of $175 ($150 if reservation made by 12/31/07) per person includes the following:
-- Workshop
-- 5 meals (Saturday Breakfast to Sunday Lunch), snacks Friday and Saturday evenings
-- 6 month followup critiques, advice, feedback.

Lodging in bunkhouses at the camp are available for an additional $50 (including taxes)

Deposit of $50/person required, balance due at check-in.
